Overview:
Community Antenatal Classes - Hybrid Model is part of the Child and Maternal Health and Well-being (CAMH) Strategy, which aims to improve health outcomes for children and their families and support youth development. The programme's goal is to:
- Enable access and participation in antenatal classes in the community through a hybrid model that includes online lectures, videos, and on-site classes.
Primary Responsibilities (Community Antenatal Class - Hybrid Model Programme):
- Support the development of family and child health strategies for the western cluster.
- Programme development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective interventions to enhance family and child health in the western cluster.
- Programme operations and administration: Ensure effective and sustainable operations, including secretariat support, funding management, recruitment, communications, and workflow setup.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement: Develop evaluation methods and engage in ongoing improvements to enhance programme delivery.
- Integration and streamlining of programmes into the overall Child and Maternal Health strategy.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Cross-coverage for NUWoC Community Ops team.
- Support for NUWoC and NUH related events.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, healthcare, or related disciplines such as public health.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or programme management sectors.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail, capable of driving programme and operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills (e.g., stakeholder and staff engagement).
- Ability to work independently on daily operations and collaboratively on programme development and care integration.
- Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and databases like Tableau.
