We’re seeking a Product Manager to automate processes in our Finance Ops and Market Ops teams and enable operational efficiency.

We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs, and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it's not impossible.

What you will be doing:

This will evolve as you and the business grow.

Initial focus will be helping us automate processes around our financial capabilities:

• Payment processes for market participants
• Customer payment processing
• Financial reconciliation
• Auditing and reporting

Once that’s done, you’ll also:

• Scale our different customer payment options
• Support emerging invoicing and payment technologies
• Optimize existing workflows and processes

Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with Sales, Customer Operations, and Market Operations will be essential to ensure efficient operations and to capture customer feedback for growth.

Note: This role requires good time management to coordinate teams across Australia and Singapore.

You will be a good candidate if you are:

• Able to set clear product priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, considering user needs, market conditions, trends, and business goals (must have)
• Excellent in communication, both verbal and written, and skilled in fostering cross-team collaboration (must have)
• Capable of identifying problems, analyzing requirements, and translating them into solutions (must have)
• Experienced in building automation processes in Finance, Accounting, or Billing domains
• Known for learning agility and a growth mindset

Additional helpful experience includes:

• Experience in Billing, Payments, Finance, or Accounting Process automation with market vendors
• Ability to bring order to chaos through product thinking and prioritization
• Previous experience building products in energy retail sector
• Managing products supporting multiple markets
