Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Head of Retail Operations
  • Oversee the execution of standard operations procedures (SOP) by a group of front-end supervisors and crews
  • Spot operations incompliance, address team members about it and rectify
  • Work closely with the back-end operations support team to optimize business processes and workflow and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor various KPI metrics for retail operations and evaluate performance
  • Manpower planning and scheduling
  • Recruit full-time and part-time crews
  • Ad-hoc clerical tasks as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
  • Preferably background in retail or F&B industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel), Quickbooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and vendors)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to start work immediately / or with short notice
