My client is a leading IT system integrator from Japan, looking for a sales leader with banking domain. The role requires a keen sense of ownership, leadership, initiative and strong operational and working experience for financial IT business space.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for driving client satisfaction and taking ownership throughout the entire lifecycle to make sure sales, projects/solutions beyond client’s expectation.
Cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with established accounts that will increase business and ensure excellent customer relations.
Develop a strategic sales plan that expands customer base including handling what to sell, how to create solutions, and who to appeal to.
Good understanding of the project execution and delivery processes with strong ability to grasp customers’ requirements, conduct gathering of requirements and analysis, and prepare functional requirements and services requirements’ specification documents.
Organize to create customer proposals, reply to tenders, RFQs, etc. in close coordination with the project team.
Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve required results.
Manage the month-end and half-year-end financial close processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
7 years or more of sales experience in IT solutions to financial institutions preferable.
Ability to perform account management, relationship building with established accounts and account maintenance duties. Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills – in order to drive their business objective.
Familiar with financial industry trend, global & local legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience of leadership in team and its people management.
Should be self-motivated and pro-active in identifying new opportunities on the established accounts. Be a team player with focus on winning as one team and be ability to lead and take the team to the next level.
