Job Description
Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
Point of contact for all functions including managing of staff related matters escalated by functions’ heads
Manage gift declaration and disposal
Disposal arrangement
Cost Recovery
VIP Support Management
Other administrative support
Coordinate catering services for VIP and staff
Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
Event support
All other administrative support
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Min Diploma in any discipline with relevant supervisory experience
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Working Days / Hours
Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
Central (Nearest MRT: City Hall / Tanjong Pagar)
