Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive and Manager in compilation of monthly report

  • Assist Executive and Manager in receiving quotations, obtain Client’s approval and subsequently put up for payment

  • Responsible and ensure proper documentation

  • Key user for the company system i.e. Resolve, CMMS, Simplicity etc

  • Record minutes of meetings during meeting

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and receive visitors

  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, faxing, filing, photocopying etc

  • Perform office administration such as stationery issuance, collection of mails/documents, dispatch of mails/documents, booking of meeting rooms, replenish pantry supplies etc

  • Monitor and record of employee leave i.e. annual leave, medical leave, childcare leave etc

  • Provide support in other assigned administrative tasks such as register and keep track of training hours of courses/seminars of staff

  • Consolidate monthly reports for Finance department on postage, courier, copier etc


Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Levels/Nitec in Office Skills or equivalent

  • 3-5 years relevant working experience

  • Responsible, good team player and meticulous
