Job description

• 5.5 Working Days (Alt Sat)
• Mon - Fri (830am - 5pm), Sat (9am - 12pm)
• Up to $2800
• Tuas (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

Job Description:

• Supervise, motivate & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations activities.
• Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with the Customer Service Team and liaising with service providers resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower to meet customer’s order demand.
• Conduct cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory.
• Address minor operational issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Demonstrate and ensure the team adhere strictly to safety measures and regulations in the workplace.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain
• Min 2 - 3 years of warehouse experience including team supervision
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Experience in manpower planning and daily operational scheduling
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, shipping and inventory control)
• Familiarity with cycle counts, KPI and process improvement
