You will be part of a team in the Corporate Services Department responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance, improvement and upgrading of building, mechanical and electrical facilities in MAS. The objective is to achieve and maintain a conducive work environment and reliable building services to support MAS businesses in an efficient, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable manner.
Your job scope shall include developing and implementing maintenance programs, planning and managing building infrastructure renewal initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations and codes, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, preparing tender specifications and documents, evaluating tenders for award, managing contracts and contractors, attending to building issues and emergencies, ensuring high reliability and availability in building services, managing mission-critical building infrastructures and systems, business continuity planning, tracking and reporting building operation carbon emissions and implementing environmental sustainability initiatives and programs.
