Job description

We are looking for a mid-level individual who is motivated, comfortable within a flexible early start-up environment, capable of taking initiative and driving new ideas forward.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with managing key accounts relationships, customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities, relationship management and negotiation skills.

You will:

  • Drive spend across your key clients book by cross-sell, retention, and expansion to induce overall growth and usage of Reap services
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned key clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Maximize the revenue per account through value-based selling and advising best solutions to your key clients
  • Maintain and foster relationships with clients by ensuring best customer experience and preventing churn
  • Work with existing key Web3 and Web2 accounts to provide product solutions, upsell and to ensure satisfaction
  • Tasked to grow existing key relationships and meeting assigned growth KPIs as well as to bring in new product innovation insights from key clients
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to execute on clients' requests
  • Working closely with our product team to deepen client relationships

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of proven success in client management in API / Payments / Card issuance
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt or build new SOPs to cater for changing product features deployment with the Relationship Management Team
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Empathy toward the concerns of others, both within and outside Reap
