Job description

We seek a responsible Lifting Truck Driver to oversee our large materials delivery to the project site. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
2. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
3. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
4. Receive complaints and resolve problems on delivery matters
5. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
6. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
7. Prepare and submit delivery orders to site
8. Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance
9. Train employees attached for the deliveries
10. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Requirements and Skills

• Hold a Singapore Class 4 Driving License
• Knowledge of lifting machineries is an added advantage
• Basic English written and spoken skills
