Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations of a private social facility, including providing waiting services at the in-house café, handling Point-of-Sales transactions, maintaining cleanliness, managing access control, and coordinating with vendors for equipment upkeep such as projectors, gym equipment, and AV systems. Provide technical assistance to facility users when necessary.
2. Event Planning and Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events at the facility. Act as the primary coordinator to ensure the smooth running of events, functions, and activities in consultation with the Facility Manager.
3. Additional Support Tasks: Perform steward-related or event support tasks as required.

Qualities We Are Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a Class 3 License
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., club, hotel) is an advantage
