Qualifications

Maintenance Engineer | Global MNC, Stable Company & Role, Progression opportunities

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of machines and facility systems

  • Respond to emergencies, Andon alerts, breakdowns, and operational issues to minimize production disruptions

  • Follow EH&S guidelines, including risk assessments, PPE use, and machine safety practices

  • Coordinate repairs, calibrations, and maintenance with OEMs, contractors, and suppliers

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of facility and production equipment

  • Provide maintenance feedback and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager

  • Support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs

Qualifications & experience

  • Min. diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

  • Experienced in Industrial machinery, including CNC machines

  • Strong proficiency and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals
