We are looking for an Executive to join our Supply Chain R&M Purchasing & Procurement team. The role involves supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with suppliers, engineering, and related teams on project requirements
• Acting as the main contact point with suppliers and users
• Preparing recommendation presentations for management decision-making
• Developing improvement and procurement strategies
• Researching and evaluating supplier attributes
• Negotiating contractual and project terms and conditions
• Coordinating and meeting contract renewal milestones
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
• Managing freight logistics for equipment and parts
• Processing project purchase requisitions and orders in compliance with SOPs
• Updating and maintaining procurement databases and supplier lists
• Sourcing commodities and expanding supplier base
• Meeting tight project schedules
• Conducting supplier audits or site inspections as needed
• Managing inventory and consignment stock efficiently
• Supporting operational and ad-hoc parts and service requests
• Preparing regular reports for review and monitoring
• Formulating strategies for new projects to meet quality, cost, and lead time objectives
• Finding replacements for obsolete parts
• Reviewing and updating SOPs and operational instructions annually
• Performing other tasks to support departmental and company initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science, or Materials
• Interest in supply chain, procurement, repair, and maintenance is advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with notable achievements
• Motivated fresh graduates with curiosity are encouraged to apply
• Strong integrity and ethical standards
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese communication
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, parts, and processes
• Ability to manage tight schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment
