A prominent and expanding hospitality group, managing over thousands keys, seeks a highly accomplished Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformative operational strategies and elevate guest experiences on a significant scale.
Your new role
You will be a driving force in shaping the company's future, directly supporting the Chief Operating Officer. Your mandate will encompass:
* Defining and implementing cutting-edge operational strategies across customer engagement, service innovation, strategic capital investments, efficient procurement, productivity optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and rigorous compliance.
* Inspiring and guiding regional and property leadership teams to achieve peak performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Forging strong collaborative partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and maximise overall performance.
* Providing strategic oversight and guidance for the successful launch of new hospitality ventures both within Singapore's dynamic market and in exciting international destinations.
* Contributing as a key member of the management team, directly influencing the company's strategic direction and growth trajectory.
What you'll need to succeed
* A proven track record of senior leadership in hotel and/or serviced residence operations.
* Deep expertise in driving operational excellence and implementing best practices.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
