YOUR ROLE

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Customer facing and be the primary contact point for customer

• Achieve and maintain consistent key performance indicators

• Ensure perfect inventory accuracy level

• Track and control expenses

• Support and fulfil customer driven assignments

• Maintain good housekeeping and safe work place at all times

• Coach and motivate staff in cohesive working environment

• Minimize staff turnover

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Company Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations

• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behavior

• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes

• Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division

• Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division

• Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Diploma & Above

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience

• Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred

• Possess forklift license is a bonus

• Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers

• Good MS Excel skills

• Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
