YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Customer facing and be the primary contact point for customer
Achieve and maintain consistent key performance indicators
Ensure perfect inventory accuracy level
Track and control expenses
Support and fulfil customer driven assignments
Maintain good housekeeping and safe work place at all times
Coach and motivate staff in cohesive working environment
Minimize staff turnover
Team Management
Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Company Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behavior
Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Diploma & Above
3-5 years of warehouse experience
Preferably in logistics related field, 3PL is preferred
Possess forklift license is a bonus
Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers
Good MS Excel skills
Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
