Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our sales operations for our food wholesale, import/export, and F&B business in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the food industry, along with a deep understanding of the complexities of international trade, regional market trends, and distribution networks. As the Regional Sales Director, you will oversee a growing team of sales professionals, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base across multiple sectors, including retail, foodservice, and hospitality.


The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve short and long-term business goals. This will involve overseeing sales targets, setting performance metrics, and ensuring that the team delivers results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Director will also lead business development efforts, negotiate and manage contracts, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and ensure smooth product flow. The position demands excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across the region.


While a formal educational qualification is not a key requirement, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales management within the food industry, particularly in wholesale or import/export operations. A deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customs regulations, and supply chain management is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to cultivate relationships with key clients and drive growth.
