Responsibilities
  • Work closely with IT Administrators to deliver top-notch IT solutions and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in PCs, laptops, servers, security, and networks
  • Be the trusted IT advisor, ensuring seamless support for all from operators to executives
  • Lead and participate in regional IT projects, including cloud server setups and system upgrades
  • Drive innovation while maintaining compliance with IT policies
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of Level 2 IT support experience in MNCs or large SMEs, supporting 200+ users
  • Degree in IT or related field; Cisco CCNA certification preferred
  • Expertise in Azure Cloud, Windows Server (2016/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Proven skills in networks and servers; bonus for experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Intune, SharePoint, and firewalls
