Job description

Job Scope:

• ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Responsibilities:
  Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ACMV systems (e.g., VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs, ducting).
  Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper system implementation.
  Prepare service reports, job sheets, and update maintenance records.
  Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
  Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during site works.

• Driving Responsibilities:
  Operate company vehicle to transport equipment, tools, and team members to project sites.
  Ensure timely arrival at project locations.
  Maintain cleanliness and routine servicing of the vehicle.
  Comply with road safety regulations and traffic laws at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Education/Qualifications:
  Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or relevant technical field.
  Relevant certifications in HVAC/ACMV systems preferred (e.g., WSQ courses, etc.).
• Experience:
  Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV installation and servicing.
  Prior experience in construction or facility maintenance industry preferred.
• Skills:
  Good knowledge of ACMV system operations and common issues.
  Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  Good communication and coordination abilities.
• License:
  Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving record.
• Others:
  Willing to travel to different work sites and perform hands-on tasks.
  Physically fit and able to work in various site environments.
