Luxury Retail Associate / Supervisor (Bags/Shoes/Accessories)

We are seeking results-driven sales professionals to join a globally renowned luxury brand.

Supervisor Opportunity: Candidates with 3-5 years of luxury retail, store operations and supervisory experience will be considered for a Supervisor position.

Job Highlights:

• 5-Day Work Week (1 weekend off)
• $2,500 - $4,500 basic + Commission + Fixed Allowance + AWS (commensurate with experience)
• Prime location, direct MRT access

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised service to create an exceptional shopping experience
• Drive sales and meet store targets
• Maintain visually stunning merchandise display
• Manage inventory and stock organisation
• Assist in sales reporting and performance tracking

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of fast fashion retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Bilingual to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientele
• Well-groomed, customer-focused and fashion-savvy
• Strong communication and people skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
• Ability to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
