Position Title: Sales Manager

Working Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Commission + Mobile + Variable Bonus

薪资范围： SGD 4000 - SGD 6000

Key Responsibilities

1. Expand the company's brand presence in the market.
2. Explore new business opportunities with existing corporate customers.
3. Prepare monthly sales pipeline and sales forecasts for the General Manager.
4. Prepare quotations for all customers, including overseas clients.
5. Assist customer service in procuring the best rates.
6. Visit both corporate and potential customers regularly.
7. Prepare bi-weekly reports on gross profit and shipment volumes.
8. Conduct briefings and training sessions for other departments on new business and lanes.
9. Coordinate with the Operations department to establish customer SOPs and conduct briefings before shipments.
10. Assist the Finance Manager in pursuing bad debts.
