Job description

As part of the senior management team of a social care organisation, the Finance Director is a business navigator and integrator for the organisation.

This Finance Director leads the finance and accounting functions and balances responsibilities such as business partnership, financial strategies, business improvement, and compliance with financial regulations. This role includes cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, treasury functions, finance operations, and tax. Beyond finance, you will also be involved in funds and investment management, procurement that generates cost savings, and efficiency for the organisation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Accountancy or Finance with CA / CPA, with 12-15 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Possess a big heart and enjoy social care work/environment.
