The Job:
The Associate Executive is to support hearing care project related to the National Innovative challenge grant “Healthy Hearing, Healthy Aging”. He/She will be expected to coordinate operational and administrative support to Ear Nose & Throat Centre and its cluster stakeholders to ensure its smooth and effective operations.
The roles and responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:
Working with SGH and Outram Community Hospital for referral of patients needing hearing test and hearing aid evaluation services
Maintaining and updating records/databases for the purpose of statistics, database and research
Working with SGH ALPS in the procurement of hearing devices and other equipment including tracking of orders and invoices
Overseeing the management of day-to-day operations of Hearing Centre (CHC) to ensure the needs of the centre as well as the referring General Practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals are met
Supporting the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators.
Triaging patients in ENT Center for hearing aids evaluation and referrals
Assisting in work flows and finance claims ( invoice, Delivery order) of hearing accessories and devices
Do take note that it is a contract role
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access
