Job description

The Job:

The Associate Executive is to support hearing care project related to the National Innovative challenge grant “Healthy Hearing, Healthy Aging”. He/She will be expected to coordinate operational and administrative support to Ear Nose & Throat Centre and its cluster stakeholders to ensure its smooth and effective operations.

The roles and responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

  • Working with SGH and Outram Community Hospital for referral of patients needing hearing test and hearing aid evaluation services

  • Maintaining and updating records/databases for the purpose of statistics, database and research

  • Working with SGH ALPS in the procurement of hearing devices and other equipment including tracking of orders and invoices

  • Overseeing the management of day-to-day operations of Hearing Centre (CHC) to ensure the needs of the centre as well as the referring General Practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals are met

  • Supporting the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators.

  • Triaging patients in ENT Center for hearing aids evaluation and referrals

  • Assisting in work flows and finance claims ( invoice, Delivery order) of hearing accessories and devices

Do take note that it is a contract role

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience

  • Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with MS Office i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access
