About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver turn-key cable infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with client specifications.Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of cable infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, trenching, cable laying, jointing, and testing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including ROWC (Right of Way Clearance) and invoices.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safe work practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report project status and escalate issues to the Branch Director and HQ in Korea.
  • Assist in SP Group tenders for Transmission line projects.
  • Prepare and submit Operation & Maintenance (OMM) manuals upon project completion.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the electrical or civil engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems and civil engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Korean is preferred for communication with HQ in Korea.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with SP Group standards and procedures.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in cable infrastructure projects.
