Your Role:
As a Livestream Sales Specialist, you’ll take the lead in both live selling to consumers and outreach to salons/retailers. You'll be the on-screen face of the brand during livestreams and a strategic closer behind the scenes when it comes to getting salons to stock our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Host persuasive, high-conversion livestreams on TikTok / Shopee to promote DixmondSG’s hero products.
  • Drive daily B2C sales during livestreams with engaging product education and storytelling.
  • Build relationships with salon owners and hair professionals to introduce DixmondSG into retail spaces.
  • Proactively reach out to salons (B2B) via calls, social media, and visits to pitch our brand offerings and secure stocking partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for content planning, promo coordination, and trend angles.
  • Monitor customer feedback during livestreams to refine the pitch and highlight product strengths.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs for both livestream revenue and B2B salon outreach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in both B2C and B2B sales.
  • Strong background in sales and/or marketing.
  • Prior experience in livestreaming, retail, or salon industry is an advantage.
  • Charismatic, confident, and persuasive communicator with strong on-camera presence.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face salon presentations.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Mandarin or dialects is a plus.
  • Agile, fast learner, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Able to commit to regular livestream schedules (morning or evening slots).
