Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications, and other tech products (including maintenance of CPU sets).
- Familiarity with infrastructure setup, server/firewall configuration, and administration of servers and domains (including domain migration).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA skills are a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
