Job Description:
  1. Responsible for researching algorithms applied to acoustics, hearing aids, and wearable devices, such as front-end processing, sound effects, speech enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis, and other acoustic and audiological algorithms, as well as physiological signal processing, analysis, action classification, and recognition algorithms.
  2. Responsible for implementing these algorithms on hardware platforms to improve their function, performance, and reliability.
  3. Responsible for applying algorithms in products to enhance product advantages and user experience.
Job Requirements:
  1. Majors in Acoustics, Audiology, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Biomedical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Signal and Information Processing, Medical Information Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Focused and curious about exploring the nature of things, with a pursuit of excellence in technology.
  3. Logical thinker, good at hypothesizing, able to quickly follow the latest scientific research, and stimulate innovation.
  4. Passionate about scientific research, committed to commercializing research results, marketing them globally, and gaining confidence, fun, and benefits from this work.
  5. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, or acoustic projects is preferred.
