  • Support the Project Lead in preparing project updates, dashboards, and materials for senior leadership and the steering committee.
  • Facilitate and document business requirements, workshop discussions, UAT plans, and change request processes.
  • Drive follow-ups on open items, decisions, and action items with respective owners.
  • Support planning and execution of user onboarding, change management, and communication efforts.
  • Ensure project governance standards are upheld, and documentation is consistently maintained.
  • Act as a liaison between Vendor PM, IT PM, and internal business stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of project delivery experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in digital/data/BI transformation projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating or managing greenfield technology implementations, ideally with GCP, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.
  • Sound understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall), including hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools would be beneficial.
  • Excellent command of project documentation standards: project charters, status reports, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills - able to influence across business and technical teams.
  • Able to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese with counterparts in Hong Kong and China is a plus but not essential.
