1. Perform office administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and managing worker dormitory operations.

2. Manage foreign employees, including work pass applications, issuance, renewals, cancellations, and data monitoring.

3. Handle WICI claims and medical insurance claims.

4. Arrange training courses for all employees.

5. Collaborate with site management.

6. Address employee issues and concerns.

7. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to operate these programs effectively.
