Scope of Work:
- Maintain constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Achieve consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards and customer satisfaction.
- You will be required to travel, carrying out supervisory responsibilities by streamline operational processes from outlet to outlet.
- Provide ground leadership to guide, motivate and support the workforce and to nurture a culture of quality customer service, good work safety, house keeping practices and continuous learning.
- Manage manpower scheduling and upcoming operational projects.
- Plan operations, customer’s complaint, service promotion / marketing and customer service training of our frontline staffs.
- Identify operational issues, highlight and propose solutions to address and overcome it.
- Set up and conduct audits on housekeeping, inventory and customer experience.
- Work closely with Management Team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Requirements:
- Having 2-3 years of retail sales experience
