Purchasing Executive to support and manage the purchasing process, focuses on sourcing materials, getting quotation from suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project requirements.

Overall duties are assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
To compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for procurement transactions.
Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials on-site.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials.
Requirement :
1. Minimum Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Ability to speak and understand both English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
3. At least 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
4. Familiarity with procurement processes, cost negotiation, and purchase order management
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Ability to handle multiple procurement tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
8. Able to work independently as well as within a team.
