Job Responsibilities / Description:
Primarily responsible in 3 areas : 1) Business Operations Support, i.e., Regular reporting for Sales Demand and commercial various dashboards/KPIs, 2) inquiry management and 3) order management to OCTG product line and coordination / support with stakeholders to follow the SEA activities.
He/She contributes to the achievement of the Sales plan and he/she is owner to key sales support functions such as activity planning (S&OP), commercial reporting, with use of Group tools such as CORUM, FastTrack, Local ERP system, and OneDrive - Inquiries/PO Monitoring. He/she will be PIC/ Key user to the latter systems.
Behavioural expectation primarily in focus areas like Action, Communication and Results.Action is to deliver with speed and accuracy, Communication is to have clear and consistent to every internal and external stakeholders, and lastly to take responsibility in addressing customer requests to meet every challenge, as well as to attain or exceed required Company’s key performance indicators.
