Job description

Job Responsibilities / Description:

Primarily responsible in 3 areas : 1) Business Operations Support, i.e., Regular reporting for Sales Demand and commercial various dashboards/KPIs, 2) inquiry management and 3) order management to OCTG product line and coordination / support with stakeholders to follow the SEA activities.

He/She contributes to the achievement of the Sales plan and he/she is owner to key sales support functions such as activity planning (S&OP), commercial reporting, with use of Group tools such as CORUM, FastTrack, Local ERP system, and OneDrive - Inquiries/PO Monitoring. He/she will be PIC/ Key user to the latter systems.

Behavioural expectation primarily in focus areas like Action, Communication and Results.Action is to deliver with speed and accuracy, Communication is to have clear and consistent to every internal and external stakeholders, and lastly to take responsibility in addressing customer requests to meet every challenge, as well as to attain or exceed required Company’s key performance indicators.

  • Business Operations Support : Owner of Sales Demand/S&OP and commercial dashboards eg KSI and timely cadence reporting, pricing analysis, forecasting and plant planning
  • Key User for Group Tools: CORUM, FastTrack or Local ERP System, Inquiry/Order Monitoring Files
  • Inquires & Tenders Support and Management : Full Spectrum – Inquiry to Offer ; Focal point to Customer and Internal Stakeholders
  • Customer Orders Management : Full Spectrum - Order to Invoice: Coordination & Documentation handling; Focal point to Customer and Internal Stakeholders for Summary of End User Orders, Logistics arrangement, Invoice Generation, MS provision etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
  • Minimum understanding and user of any ERP system
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively utilize technology platforms including Customer Relation Management (CRM) Tools
  • Must have experience in Data analytics & Data management
  • Must have strong Microsoft Suite and Tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Teams) expertise
  • Highly customer focused with strong organization and time management skills that drive projects forward
  • Ability to work independently, and adapt to business changes, but also as part of a team, maintaining a professional approach always with a natural desire to share knowledge and work with the broader network
  • Ability to translate business processes into bite-sized problems
  • Ability to appropriately identify system and processes challenges with adaptation of methodologies to support delivery
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills
