An opening exists in the Asia-Pacific AppleCare Technologies project management. This role spans across the Asia-Pacific region on projects pertaining to Enterprise systems and processes. The role supports the following business areas: contract manufacturer onboarding, field services repair management, warehousing, freight, service parts planning and procurement, online services, service contracts, business development/sales, contact centre operations, and others.

Description

The Project Manager and Business Analyst role resides in the Apple Support business and is the primary interface between the Apple Support business teams and the Information Systems & Technology team. The role works across enterprise processes and systems and provides cross-functional leadership across business organizations. Responsibilities include preparing documentation based on project size, allocating resources, communicating project status, managing risks, monitoring change readiness, and conducting post-implementation reviews. The goal is to deliver projects within scope, time, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple projects, adhering to scope, schedule, quality, and risk management best practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes and recommend solutions.
• Experience resolving complex project issues and representing projects to senior leadership (Directors, Senior Directors).
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship skills, including working with remote teams and vendors.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with change management and business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of inbound supply chain management, including logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic project planning tools.
• Technical and analytical problem-solving skills aligned with organizational strategy.
• Experience managing projects in the APAC region; global project leadership is a plus.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or in relevant industries.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems, especially in consumer electronics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer electronics industry or support business.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Consulting experience.
• Lean Six Sigma exposure.
• Project Management certification.
• Ability to read and communicate in Mandarin.
• Familiarity with Apple’s products is preferred.
