• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee staff welfare, benefits, and organize events.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee travel arrangements.
• Assist with employee inquiries, provide backup IT support, and perform ad-hoc admin tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years of HR experience (no experience welcome to apply).
• Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all staff levels.
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated
