Requirements

1. Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2. Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT virtualization, server, storage, network, etc.
3. Experience in setting up Windows Server, Linux Server (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL), network configuration, RPM packaging.
4. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Experience organizing infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent.
6. Experience working with modern development pipelines using Bamboo, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
7. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
8. Excellent team player with good communication skills with internal team members and external clients.
9. Open-minded and positive attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is required.
11. Experience with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and implement Windows and Linux-based IT infrastructure.
2. Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms to meet service level objectives.
3. Execute data backup & recovery strategies, system disaster recovery, and ensure business continuity of core systems.
4. Follow up on security remediations on cloud platforms as suggested by cybersecurity teams.
5. Facilitate cloud operation automation.
6. Perform cloud operation tasks such as health checks, capacity monitoring, problem solving, and escalation according to company guidelines or SOPs.
7. Configure, document, optimize, and support components of the DevOps infrastructure.
8. Build automated deployments using configuration management technologies.
9. Support and maintain Production, Staging, and Development environments.
10. Shift work on weekends and public holidays; flexible working hours available upon request.
