Job description

Duration: 9 months

Location: One North

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Resource Planner with a strong foundation in finance to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, budgeting, and tracking of resources across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial projections and reports, including end-of-month forecasts and budget clearance for variation requests

  • Manage manpower requests, including tracking approved requests and generating forecast reports

  • Coordinate and monitor procurement workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of items

  • Oversee travel-related matters, including budget-compliant processing of travel requests

Requirements

  • Strong background in finance and financial forecasting

  • Experience with financial and procurement systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
