• Managing the upgrading, installation & troubleshooting of Windows Server Environment and Azure Environment
• Monitoring & enhancing the health of servers & network devices
• Performing routine technical documentation, system patching, network & system security controls, and maintenance/backup operations
• Standard software applications and installations from prepared images
• IT asset inventory control
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients for IT solutions deployment
• Other ad-hoc IT-related tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any IT-related field or strong interest in IT career development
• Technical experience in areas such as:
• Database administration & virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V)
• Office 365 implementation
• Patch management
• Router, switch, firewall, and access point configuration
• Server room environments (e.g., DELL EMC)
• Server, desktop, printer setup, and peripherals
• Structured cabling and backup/recovery management
• Windows Server Administration
