Job description

The Manager, HR WLH leads the WLH team to develop and drive CGH’s strategies to promote employee worklife and health to create a thriving work environment. He also leads the organisation of celebrations to recognize and appreciate employee achievements.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager, HR WLH leads the team to

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to understand and develop both broad-based and targeted strategies to improve employee health, well-being and engagement.
  • Conceptualise, plan and organise various activities focusing on physical, mental and social health for employees of all levels and ages; and tracks their effectiveness to propose improvements.
  • Manage CGH’s corporate and gym memberships as well as various sports and social recreational facilities.
  • Organise various annual ceremonies to recognise employees for their long service and promotion.
  • Manage CGH’s gift declaration process.
  • Take on special projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15 years of experience preferably in health promotion and events management
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, event management and administrative skills
  • Attention to details
  • Creative and enjoys meeting people of all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
