A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Sales Executive to manage renovation and construction leads. The role involves client interactions, negotiations, and ensuring project handovers. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Source renovation and construction leads (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Arrange site visits and meetings with clients
• Present scope of work, pricing, and project timelines
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations team for project handover
• Maintain proper sales documentation
• Build good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Meet sales targets and perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience in renovation or construction
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and manage own time
• Basic knowledge of renovation works or materials
• Own transport preferred (for site visits)
