Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our WSQ-accredited courses to individuals and corporate clients.

  • Identify potential corporate partnerships and business opportunities within various industry sectors.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including employers, industry associations and government agencies.

  • Collaborate with our curriculum development team to identify market needs for new WSQ programmes.

  • Stay informed about SSG policies, funding initiatives and Skills Frameworks updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.

  • 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in education, adult learning or corporate training sectors.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s workforce development landscape and the WSQ framework.

  • Familiarity with SkillsFuture initiatives, funding schemes and training grant applications.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
