The Manager, Technical Solutions – APAC will manage the regional Solutions Architects across Asia, while also mentoring Solutions Architects from the SAARC and Oceania regions.
This is a pivotal role within the APAC Sales team and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the regional Solutions Architect team, ensuring the team is well trained and capable of supporting Regional Sales Managers across the entire portfolio of Ross solutions.
The Manager, Technical Solutions – APAC is expected to contribute technical and commercial advice across the wider sales team to help best position the team to win business. It is also expected that this role will drive improvements in the quality and performance of the team, innovating new processes or streamlining existing ones where necessary.
