A leading company in Singapore is seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant. The role involves calling clients, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented.
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our team. The primary responsibility of this role is calling and liaising with clients, so excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence are a must.
Responsibilities:
-Call clients to follow up, schedule, and coordinate appointments
-Maintain and update client records
-Provide general administrative support to the team
-Assist with ad-hoc office tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, etc.)
-Prior admin or customer service experience is a bonus
