Business Analyst / Project Manager - FX / Structured Product Systems

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the delivery of Foreign Exchange (FX) technology solutions within Bank. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of FX trading systems and processes, preferably with expertise in front-to-back FX systems architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for FX and structured product systems.
• Perform detailed gap analysis and collaborate with technology teams to propose solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for FX systems, ensuring smooth implementation of new solutions.
• Track project progress, monitor risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively address potential issues.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to Waterfall / Agile methodologies for project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools to track and manage project deliverables.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in FX trading systems and structured product system management within the finance sector.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FX or structured products domain.
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery for FX systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-to-back FX systems architecture.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to FX trading.
• Experience with agile transformation projects in banking or financial services.
