Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Summary:
Looking for a Digital Media Designer to work with healthcare professionals in creating and developing e-learning and multimedia content for learning programs. As an institution that focus on continuing education and professional development for tomorrow's healthcare, this job role demands creativity and design capability.
In this capacity, you will actively shape the design of innovative online and blended learning experiences, significantly enhancing the educational outcomes of our programs. Working alongside a dynamic team of multidisciplinary designers, you will produce compelling e-learning content materials that inspire and engage learners. To be considered for an interview, submitting a multimedia design portfolio (web based) is a must to apply for this position.
Core Areas of Responsibilities: (80% of time spent)
· Design effective e-learning courseware using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 for interactivity.
· Produce e-learning/micro-learning digital content that consist of an assortment of multimedia types such as video, Generative-AI & Interactive content, and other SCORM-based instructional technologies.
· Support face-to-face training workshops for faculty & staff on the use of Tech enabled learning tools.
· Maintain good working relationships with subject matter experts that comes from different healthcare professional groups.
· Design engaging instructional materials such as Long or Shorts video, SCORM-based courseware, infographics, Generative-AI and interactive content to support educational goals.
· Design, plan, and create high-quality technology-enhanced learning (TEL) solutions tailored for adult learners, including formats like online learning, micro-learning/mobile learning, and blended learning platforms.
· Work with a team of designers to develop digital content for implementation on collaterals, motion graphics video and 2D explainer animation.
· Work with the client closely to present ideas and concepts through sketches/illustration drawings. Provide basic technical advice during content development.
· Aware of current trends in instructional/learning design to drive ongoing digital enhancement using TEL tools.
Design Management & Administration (20% of time spent)
· Co-manage project requirements and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of content and resources.
· Support the acquisition of media-related hardware & software that involve procurement processes.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related field (Interactive and multimedia would be of advantage), with minimum 3 years of working experience in eLearning design environment.
· Proficient and prior experience in utilising Learning Management System (LMS) and courseware authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 & Rise) is a must.
· Good project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage projects in a cross functional environment.
· Experience in implementing e-learning and mobile learning solutions in an education/training environment.
· Competent in using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
· Energetic, positive-minded individual who takes responsibility in handling projects.
· Good attitude toward learning new skills & willingness to meet a diverse group of healthcare professionals within a healthcare setting in a hospital environment.
· Creative thinking traits, meticulous and pay good attention to details.
· Ability to work independently and comfortable being a project team lead on a rotational basis.
