Roles and Responsibilities:

• Convert PowerPoint training modules into interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and reporting supervisor to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Design and develop multimedia elements (e.g., graphics, animations, videos, avatars) to enhance learning experiences.
• Implement assessments and quizzes to measure learner comprehension.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to timelines.
• Proven experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Experience in graphic design and multimedia development.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for eLearning content customization.
• Previous experience in a corporate training environment.
