Job summary

STI ADVANCE (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation equipment throughout plant sites.

You will read wiring diagrams, P&IDs and loop diagrams; calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters; and develop and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and HMI issues. You’ll also handle cable termination, commissioning, and site meetings while ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and instrumentation loop diagrams.
• Calibrate and test transmitters for pressure, temperature, flow, and level.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and HMI related issues.
• Carry out cable termination, glanding, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with operations, mechanical, process and other engineering teams.
• Assist contractors and vendors during installation, testing and commissioning.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.
