Job description
The Operations Manager will oversee the regional operations of our subscription and sellout platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless platform functionality, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise, with a proven track record in platform operations within a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Platform Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our subscription and sell-out platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Monitor health, identify and resolve technical/logistics issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
Collaborate with subsidiaries and development teams to implement platform enhancements and new features.
Run basic financial modelling to ensure programs remain profitable.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track KPIs and metrics to ensure the health and effectiveness of the subscription/sell-out platforms.
Analyse data to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth.
Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain documentation and playbook to enable in-country online teams to implement initiatives and projects.
Project Management
Lead cross-functional/regional projects related to platform enhancements and new feature launches.
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sell-out/subscription platform operations, preferably within a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.
Proven track record with international/regional project management involving different markets and geographies within Southeast Asia.
