About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing e-grocery platform transforming how consumers purchase fresh produce and daily essentials online. We are seeking a driven E-commerce Specialist to manage product operations, optimize performance metrics, and accelerate online sales growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations — including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns — to drive revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as GMV, margin, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and updated product information across platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights to support management decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, product operations, or merchandising — preferably within the grocery, FMCG, or online retail sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency or online sales performance.
