A leading footwear company is seeking an e-commerce assistant to manage product listings, photograph products, and assist with promotional activities. Candidates should possess a diploma, and basic skills in photography and design software. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with associates.

• Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.
• Able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage.
• Design promotional posters, manage e-commerce platforms, and fulfill orders.
• Assist in live-stream selling sessions on social platforms.

Job description

Job scope

- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage

- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.

- Able to work overtime

- Basic skill in Photography

- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

- Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee activities with Chinese-speaking associates
