Overview

E-Commerce Specialist cum Admin

Salary: $2000-3500

Responsibilities

• Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage
• Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment
• Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform
• Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner
• Create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok
• Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience
• Able to work overtime
• Basic skill in Photography
• Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counter-part
