Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Operations:
Manage online stores on major Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Responsibilities include product listing, optimization, and promotion planning.
Monitor platform metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, etc.) and develop operational strategies to boost sales and rankings.
Market & User Analysis:
Research Southeast Asian market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust operational strategies.
Develop localized operation plans for specific countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
3. Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute major promotional campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), livestream sales, and KOL collaborations.
Optimize advertising (CPC, CPM) and SEO to improve ROI.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with design, customer service, and product teams to improve product pages, customer interaction scripts, and product line planning.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce operations experience. Proven success in the Southeast Asian market is a strong advantage.
Proficient in backend operations and platform rules for at least one major platform (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
2. Skills:
Skilled in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards) and able to produce independent operation reports.
Strong marketing and campaign planning abilities. Familiar with traffic acquisition via social media (Facebook, TikTok).
Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory). Proficiency in additional languages such as Malay or Thai is a plus.
3. Traits:
Culturally aware of Southeast Asian consumer preferences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with strong stress management skills.
